Friday, November 10th is the 242nd birthday of the United States Marine Corps and Saturday, November 11th is Veteran's Day. In honor of these dates we are hosting a fundraiser for the Semper Fi Fund. We will be doing the workout "Bull." This can be completed individually or as a team: Two rounds for time:200 Double Unders50 Overhead Squats50 Pull Ups1 Mile Run-OR-Scaled "Bull"Two rounds for time:100 Single Unders25 Goblet Squats25 Ring Rows800m RunWe will be accepting donations at the event. 100% of monies collected will be donated to the Semper Fi Fund.This event is open to the public!Warmups begin at 0830. We will run heats every thirty minutes starting at 0900. You will have the option to do the workout as a team or individual.
